Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Shipping will only be done to locations with a physical street address in cities, towns or districts. DECENCY ONLINE STORE shall ensure delivery is made to your nearest convenient station available.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched normally within 48 hours provided payment is validated.

NOTE: You may still proceed to order and pay for good that are out of stock abut on backorder. However, take note that delivery period for such may be extended to more than a month. For other items normal delivery period is possible.
